Ayurveda Weight Loss Diet!

Early Morning
-A Glass of Lemon Juice With a teaspoon of Honey

Breakfast
-Sprouts – 1 Cup
-Milk – 1 Cup

11.00 Am:
-Orange or Carrot Juice – 1 Glass

Lunch
-Raw Veg Salads like Carrot, Cucumber, Cabbage & Tomatoes.
-Steamed Veggies
-You May also take  Whole grain Bread
- glass of buttermilk. Try to add Some cumin seeds, coriander leaves, a little salt and some grated ginger mixed in it.

Evening
-Coconut water
-Dry fruits
-Lemon/Green tea
-Fresh Veg soup


Dinner
-Steamed Veggies
- Whole grain Bread
All Fruits.  Except Banana & Apple –
Drink Water
Drink about 2 liters of water everyday.  Don’t be afraid to drink a little more, there is no such thing as too much water!
